The rest of the story . . . .
In addition to being an an astrologer, I would describe myself as a modern day mystic. I am a lifetime student of spirituality and have had many direct experiences of connection to the deep source of connection, the ‘One’ that is God. My first connection to Spirit was at age 8. As a child, I regularly communicated with angels and nature spirits, and so much of this is second nature to me that I find it peculiar when people question it.
I am a long time student of many spiritual teachings, including Theosophy, yoga, Eastern religions, and Kabbalah. As a teenager, I went to many Buddhist events and was enlightened by their teachings and practices of chanting. Another one of my modern day ‘teachers’ is author Stuart Wilde. Although he has now shifted into a more reclusive life, his philosophy and books have been a core inspiration to my life. Stuarts books such as ‘Miracles’ and ‘The Quickening’ teach us to be energetically strong. Also, my life has been blessed by the presence and teachings of Louise Hay.
We Have All Entertained Angels
I know this to be true, and angels have appeared physically in my times of greatest need. Twice they have plucked me out of danger.
The sweetest angel was Michael. He appeared at a time when I has in deep questioning about the direction my life. I was in a sacred grove of cedar trees which surrounded a rose garden. Prior to my entry I had made an offering of tobacco to the earth, and asked for guidance. As I was sitting and quietly crying, he walked up to me, took my face in his hands, and wiped away my tears. When I asked his name, I was floored to hear him say his name, ‘Michael.’
Animal Guides
My other close guides are animals. They are eager to communicate; we just need to learn how to listen. Amazingly, even the little chameleons which live everywhere in South Florida will answer our questions; sometimes before we ask them. My totem bird is the hawk. In the United States, hawks and other large prey birds are everywhere, you just have to look for them. They are always out hunting along the beach in the mornings and at evening – when the light gets just right. I have twice witnessed owls flying about in downtown Hollywood, Florida – right in the midst of a large Saturday night crowd. I have been blessed with gifts of many feathers; each one has a special meaning.
Ascension
Trust and understand that we are shifting into a new dimension of consciousness. This is an actual evolution of human DNA; those who cannot make the shift due to personal beliefs or addictions will continue to live on, but without the benefits of this realignment with the Light of God. And, of course, God is no longer the masculine deity of misguided authority; the Venus transit of June 2012 symbolizes a time of balance between the divine male and divine feminine energies.
The reign of terror and enslavement is ending. Due to the nature of this reality, the only way for all of the dark energy to be purged has been for it to surface and be released; truly, we have all encountered and shall overcome challenges which we never anticipated. Yes, there is a New Age coming, and it’s going to be good. I am ever optimistic, and know that when we view our cup as half full, it must overflow with abundance and great joy.
